Are Coaching Sessions In-Person?
Our sessions are conducted by phone or by video call. You will never have to report to an office or business location. You attend sessions from the comfort of your home or office.
How Does the Process Work?
We first determine if you are a good fit for coaching. If you are, we conduct an in-depth analysis of your goals and roadblocks. From there we create your personalized coaching plan.
What is the Coach's Role?
The Coach is responsible for keeping the Client focused and holding the Client accountable for accomplishing the steps necessary to achieve identified goals. Where areas of resistance are evident, the coach will skillfully guide the client in pushing past them.
What is the Client's Role?
As the Client, you set the agenda, identify your goals, and commit to the coaching process. Most sessions will end with an assignment that must be completed prior to the next session. These assignments are crucial to moving the client forward to achieving the stated goal.
How Do I Know If I Am a Good Fit for Coaching?
You are a good candidate for coaching if:
- You are ready to move from wanting things to engaging in the process of creating them. The process requires that the client is held to a high level of accountability to themselves, the process, and the vision they have created for their lives and relationships.
- You are prepared to recover undiscovered and/or lost aspects of yourself that have hindered your ability to live a rich and full life, you might benefit from coaching.
- You are ready to let go of destiny-destroying patterns that no longer serve you and if you are fed up with quick fixes that you always fail to maintain, coaching might be your solution.
- You are willing to commit time, energy, and resources to accomplish what is most important to you, you might be a good fit for the coaching relationship.
Do You Offer a Guarantee on Coaching Services?
No reputable Coach will issue guarantees because client progress is up to the client - not the coach. If clients do the work they will see the results of their coaching sessions. Because the outcome of coaching is fully dependent on the client's commitment to the process, we cannot take responsibility for their outcomes.
There is no magic bullet to overcome emotional trauma. It is a process that requires the client's commitment. We provide the tools, guidance, and accountability while you take responsibility and credit for your results.
What Happens if I Don't Attend a Scheduled Session?
No-show sessions are not refunded. Depending on the coach's schedule, these sessions may be rescheduled if the coach is notified within 48 hours of the appointment. Because of our client load, we may not be able to accommodate a request to reschedule and that session may be forfeited. It is important to think carefully when creating your coaching schedule.
What Can I Expect from My Sessions?
Coaching challenges deep-seated mindsets that have been holding you back. Expect to be a bit uncomfortable as you confront these challenges. You can also expect to invest quality time in your post-session assignments, which are designed to take you from victory to victory. It will take your determination as well as accepting the fact that these mindsets are not going to be defeated without a fight.
