Ditch Destiny-Destroying Triggers

Whose Apple is it, Anyway?

Emotional Intelligence for the Emotional Trauma Survivor

This is the Beginning of the Change of Your Life!

Dr. Linda takes you on a voyage of tears and laughter as she reveals a heartbreaking journey paved with abuse and emotional trauma. She is a survivor of domestic violence, molestation, sexual assault, and a divorce that ended a 17-year marriage to a man who was later convicted as a sexual predator.

After decades of abusive and toxic relationships, stifled professional growth, and financial devastation, she was forced to face how she could no longer ignore the dysfunction that ruled her life. She couldn't change the past that haunted her. So, she decided to take revenge on it by helping other emotional trauma survivors.

This book uncovers the secrets that propel survivors of abuse and trauma from pain to purpose as they take back their power, tap into the truth of who they are, and live their best lives now! Dr. Linda illuminates the darkness of emotional trauma and reveals two powerful tools that are guaranteed to transform you from surviving to thriving after abuse and trauma.

Are You a Survivor?

From the moment of the first abusive incident, you become a survivor. But it takes more than surviving trauma to live your best life. It takes thriving. Whose Apple is it, Anyway is the undeniable roadmap to conquering the residual triggers and self-defeating cycles that won't let you focus, build healthy relationships, or find your purpose.

Tools that Get at the Root

There are two tools that cut at the root of the emotional devastation left in the wake of surviving abuse and trauma. These are not affirmations. They don't involve vision boards and you won't be required to "decree and declare" anything. This is not about the manifestation madness, either. These may be beneficial. But, if you're doing all of that and getting no results, this book answers why and what to do about it.

Why I Wrote the Book

December 17, 2005, I received a fateful phone call from my sister, Susan. She said I was going to write a book. That otherwise outlandish statement struck a chord, confirming one of my mother’s earlier predictions. But there was a catch. Susan warned that the book would only progress as I healed. Seven years and 6-days later the book was finished and I was a new person. Well, not exactly. I found the woman I am created to be.
